The campaign introduces a new fragrance product called 'Crypto,' specifically targeted for women. Marketed as featuring "exotic ingredients," the fragrance incorporates crypto slang abbreviations such as 'HODL,' 'DYOR,' 'YOLO,' and 'LFG.'
The move comes amidst reports indicating a significant gender disparity in ownership in cryptocurrencies, with twice as many men investing in crypto compared to women.
Rachel Conlan, the Chief Marketing Officer of Binance, emphasized the inclusive nature of crypto technology, stating that it is designed to empower individuals from all walks of life.

The launch coincides with the celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8th, adding momentum to the ongoing efforts to encourage female participation in the crypto space.
To further promote inclusivity and education, Binance set up a stand featuring the new fragrance at a public event, accompanied by interviews discussing the gender gap within the industry.
As part of the initiative, Binance has allocated $125,000 to incentivize the first 5,000 women who participate in a short quiz. Upon completion, participants will receive $25 in cryptocurrency, aiming to foster greater engagement and awareness among women in the crypto community.
