Anonymous Individual Burns Millions Of Dollars To Spread "Brain Computer" Weapon Message

Attached to the transaction was the following message (translated):

"The CEOs of Kuande Investment: Feng Xin and Xu Yuzhi used brain-computer weapons to persecute all company employees and former employees, and even they themselves were controlled."

Who did this?

The person who burnt and donated millions of dollars goes by the name of “Hu Lezhi”, according to the messages tied to the transactions. 

Hu Lezhi, allegedly an ordinary programmer, stated that they realised that they are being monitored by “the mind control organization”, and accused Xin Feng and Yuzhi Xu of using brain-computer weapons to persecute all company employees and former employees, and that even Xin Feng and Yuzhi Xu themselves were controlled. Hu Lezhi then went on to explain the deployment of brain-computer chips, claiming that this “new mode of crime” is at large, and that once they become a victim, they will “leave the world”.

The men accused of the persecution, Xin Feng and Xu Yuzhi, are part of the leadership team of WizardQuant Capital Management, a hedge fund in China.
